Design, manufacturing, installation and after-sales service are handled by the same team. Nothing in the chain is subcontracted, which is why responsibility never gets passed between suppliers.
Manufacturing to measure
Every cabinet and cold room is produced for the space it will stand in. Survey, sheet metal work, insulation, refrigeration and electrical assembly happen in our own workshop in Gebze.
Installation and commissioning
Our own team installs the equipment, charges the system, sets the controls and runs temperature tests before handover. Installation is not subcontracted.
Maintenance and service
Planned maintenance and breakdown response for commercial refrigeration, regardless of the brand that supplied it. Annual maintenance is recommended; dusty environments need condenser cleaning twice a year.
Design consultancy
Cooling load calculation, panel and refrigerant selection, layout planning and energy estimates for businesses that are still at the planning stage.

Survey
We measure the space, note the access route, the ambient conditions and the power supply.

Calculation
Cooling load, panel thickness and condensing unit capacity are calculated for your product and throughput.

Quotation
You receive an itemised quotation: equipment, installation, commissioning and delivery time.

Manufacturing
Fabrication takes place in our own workshop in Gebze, typically two to three weeks.

Installation
Our own team installs, charges and sets up the system on site.

Handover
Temperature tests are run, the controls are explained and the maintenance plan is agreed.
Maintenance matters more than it looks
Most refrigeration failures come from a dirty condenser or a worn door gasket, not from a broken compressor. Annual maintenance keeps consumption down and prevents the kind of breakdown that costs you a full display of product. In dusty environments the condenser should be cleaned twice a year. We service equipment regardless of the brand that supplied it.
